EV market getting crowded
This month’s CES conference in Las Vegas offered some hints at how crowded the EV landscape is becoming, says a recent article in Investopedia.
Auto giants General Motors and Ford are investing billions of dollars into the EV market setting up a competition between GM’s all-electric Silverado and Ford’s F-150 Lightning, Investopedia notes.
There are dozens of EVs from multiple car manufacturers that are expected to come to market in the coming years. And it doesn’t look like traditional car companies and EV makers like Tesla are going to be the only ones driving the electric vehicle market.
Sony this month announced it’s launching a company in the spring to explore entering the EV market.
