GM and Honda team up to make EVs costing less than $30,000

General Motors and Honda announced this week they are entering a partnership to produce a series of more affordable electric vehicles, CNBC reports.

More affordable EVs would help address price hurdles to mass electric vehicle adoption, CNBC notes, adding that EVs are growing in popularity but that many models are still priced for luxury buyers.
